Avocado Toast with Poached Egg & SaltWise Salicornia White Salt
Ingredients
• Whole-grain bread slices
• Ripe avocado
• Fresh eggs
• SaltWise Salicornia White Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Lemon juice
• Microgreens or fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. Mash the avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice, a pinch of SaltWise Salicornia White Salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
3. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread.
4. Top each slice with a perfectly poached egg.
5. Sprinkle an extra pinch of SaltWise Salicornia White Salt over the egg and garnish with microgreens or your favorite fresh herbs.
