This is by far the closest substitute to salt I have ever had. It tastes delicious and just like salt but much healthier!
Wow, I’m at a loss for words. I ordered the green salt from Amazon but seeing I was looking for a neutral flavor it wasn’t the flavor profile that i was looking for but that’s on me for not ordering the white salt in the first place. Salt wise happened to send a tester white with the order of green unbeknownst to me allowing me to try it as well and it was exactly like regular table salt! I was planning on just ordering a new pack of white and just taking the loss on the green pack. As a shot in the dark i reached out to the Saltwise team on their website to see if maybe i could do some kind of exchange but didn’t have any expectations seeing as I already opened the green and bought it off a third party website. Lo and behold Regina from the saltwise team said they couldn’t do an exchange (makes sense) but they would be happy to send a white pack over free of charge. I was so happy, about a week later i had lost access to the support chat and hadn’t heard anything so i figured they just never went through with it so i kind of just forgot about it. Today i went to check my mail and boom a brand new white salt and a very nice chefs apron! On top there’s was a handwritten note addressed to me by name! One of the best customer support experiences ever especially considering it wasn’t necessary for them to do anything for me at all. Great product! Great team! This was such a delightful surprise to discover this product. I grew up with fresh salicornia in Europe and could not get enough of it. Then it vanished from my life only to reappear decades later in the form of this deliciously umami product. The company seems refreshingly inspired and they sent along a beautiful tote bag and a sample of salicornia white salt as well. My green salt was very nicely packaged and came with a sample of the white Salicornia salt, a thank you card with a coupon code for 20% off my next order, and a chicken recipe. I tried the green salt with a mushroom Swiss cheese omelet this morning and really liked it. This low sodium salt is a terrific flavor enhancing addition to my low sodium diet. Definitely worth the money -

I got this combo pack to try both the white and green. The white is great - not really much difference in taste from regular salt, I use it anywhere I would use salt for seasoning, though it's a bit pricey for cooking - though I tend to cook with minimal salt and add later to taste anyway. The green is a bit of an aquired taste. The seaweed flavor is more pronounced, so it only works with certain foods. I've tried it on a few things like tomoatoes and hard boiled eggs and it didn't do it for me. It's fine on stuff like tuna.
Stop using regular salt! This is better!!! It’s actually saltier than salt and SO much better for you! Buy this , you will change your life!

Die Zollgebühren sind sehr niedrig, jedoch muss man die fast 3x so teure Zollauslage der Deutschen Post berücksichtigen.
Just like everybody else, I developed hypertension. Sigh. Had to start watching my sodium intake and figuring out how to make food taste like something I'd want to eat without dumping in a bunch of salt. I discovered this product and ordered two bags. Green Salt has made such a difference. I do cook most of my food at home so I know what is in it, and that helps. But getting rid of the salt shaker from the table and replacing it with a shaker full of Green Salt is helping me manage fluid retention, blood pressure readings, and I still get to eat food that isn't grossly bland. The taste of it takes a bit of getting used to - at least it did for me. But now I don't know the difference.
I tried the two sampler. The white is more like plain salt. And the green has an extra umami flavor .I use it on popcorn, pasta and wherever I want a lil extra salt.
Tasty and much lower sodium than regular old table salt.
Love it…my substitute for all other salts
I was using another brand that unfortunately ran into some supply issues. I was thrilled to find Saltwise and give it a try. The new "white" version looks so much like reg salt, just a bit more 'clumpy'. It also has more saltiness than the green, and unfortunately it also has more sodium, so beware. But still, it's wonderful to have a product that makes such a difference the taste of my food.
I am now a big fan of this SaltWise White Salicornia salt. It works as a perfect replacement for my regular table salt and is 50% lesser sodium. It has no wired after taste like other salt substitutes that I previously tried. I tried it in burgers, baking, pasta and today in my noodles! I never imagined I will ever see or use a plant based salt.. but glad that I was curious enough to give it a try. It can pick some moisture up if not tightly sealed. Glad I got the bottled version from SaltWise. It looks good on my kitchen shelf. I highly recommend as it is good to taste and great value for my bucks.
