SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What locations do you ship to?

Saltwise is located  in the USA. We offer worldwide shipping subject to global shipping shipping charges for orders being placed from outside of USA

 Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. Please note transit time will vary from location to location

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Currently, we offer free shipping within USA, only on orders above $50

 

What mode do you use to ship?

We use USPS and FedEx to ship your orders.


How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

Normal shipping times are estimated to be 2-10 business days* depending on delivery location, shipping preference, and order quantity. After your order has been processed, tracking information will be sent to your email. 


*Orders placed by 5pm PT will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 5pm PT will be shipped the next business day. / Please allow 24-48 hours for your Saltwise order to be processed for shipment. 


Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as inclement weather conditions and unexpected postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 


What do I do if my order is delayed and/or lost in the mail?

Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse, and any shipment delays should be noted on the online tracking service. However, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible.
