SaltWise Recipe Chia Seed Crackers with salicornia white salt

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
• 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp SaltWise Salicornia Salt
• 1 cup water

Cauliflower 1

Olive oil 2 tbsp.

Salicornia white salt 1 tsp.

Chili powder 1\4 tsp.

Garlic powder 1\2 tsp.

Cumin powder 1\2 tsp.

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, ground flaxseed, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and SaltWise Salicornia Salt.
3. Add water and stir well. Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes until it forms a gel-like consistency.
4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/8 inch thick. Score into cracker shapes if desired.
5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden.
6. Allow to cool completely before breaking into crackers

Rinse the cauliflower and cut into steaks.

Place the steaks on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil with Salicornia white salt.

Then add the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin. Mix.

Grease the cauliflower steaks with this mixture.

Put in the oven at 400F for 15-20 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with herbs.
