  • Cilantro 1\4 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1\4 tsp
  • Plant based green salt 1 tsp

  1. Cook quinoa for 7-10 minutes in boiling water.
  2. Add quinoa to the cup, add chickpeas.
  3. Also add canned corn and black beans.
