Baked Feta Cheese Eggs

Packed with protein & flavor!

INGREDIENTS

  1. Eight eggs
  2. One block of feta cheese 8 oz
  3. Salt- I used @saltwise (which has 50% Less Sodium than table Salt but rich in Potassium, Magnesium, Iron & Calcium)
  4. Pepper
  5. Extra Virgin Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Crack 8 large eggs in a lightly greased 8 by 8-inch baking dish. Place the block of feta in the middle and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
  4. Once ready, drizzle some olive oil over the mixture and mix it all with a fork.
  5. Serve with fresh sourdough toast 😋
