INGREDIENTS
- Eight eggs
- One block of feta cheese 8 oz
- Salt- I used @saltwise (which has 50% Less Sodium than table Salt but rich in Potassium, Magnesium, Iron & Calcium)
- Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Crack 8 large eggs in a lightly greased 8 by 8-inch baking dish. Place the block of feta in the middle and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
- Once ready, drizzle some olive oil over the mixture and mix it all with a fork.
- Serve with fresh sourdough toast 😋
