Ingredients:

• 1 small roasted pumpkin (peeled and cubed)
• 1 apple (peeled, cored, and chopped)
• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• 4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp allspice
• 3 cups vegetable broth
• 1/2 cup coconut milk (optional for creaminess)
• 1 tsp Green Saltwise Salicornia Salt
• Olive oil for roasting

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the pumpkin cubes in olive oil and roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender.
2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until softened.
