Chicken Stew
Ingredients
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Chicken fillet 1 1\2 lbs
- Onion 1
- Carrot 2
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Potatoes 1 1\2 cups
- Red bell pepper 1\2
- Chicken broth 4 cups
- Chicken spices 1 tsp
- Plant-based salt 1 tsp
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
- Add diced chicken fillet and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
- Add chopped onion and carrot to the same saucepan. Fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add flour. Stir.
- Add diced potatoes and diced red pepper.
- Add chicken broth and fried chicken fillet, add spices and Plant based salt.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve with greens.
