Juicy Chicken Chops
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pcs
- Plant based salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Panko bread crumbs 1 cup
- Paprika 1\2 tsp
- Oregano 1\2 tsp
- Egg 2
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise to make it thinner. Beat each part a little with a knife.
- Salt and pepper on both sides.
- Pour panko into a small cup, add paprika, oregano and salt. Mix.
- In a separate cup, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Dip the chicken fillet in the egg mixture, then roll in panko.
- Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
