Hamburger
Ingredients
- Beef minced 1 pound
- Onion 1
- Vegetable salt 1 \2 tsp
- Black pepper pinch
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Lettuce leaves 5-6
- Tomato 1
- Cheese 5-6 slices
Instructions
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, add grated onion, vegetable salt and black pepper.
- Stir.
- Form burger patties and fry in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Assemble the hamburger. Spread a little ketchup or tomato sauce and mayonnaise on the bun.
- Put lettuce leaves and a patty on the bun.
- Put a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato on top.
- Cover with a second bun. Serve
